Preserving Your Family Heirlooms

The North Jersey History and Genealogy Center will present a free, introductory seminar that provides practical and economical tips for organizing and safely caring for your family photographs, papers, textiles and other items.

Everyone has treasured family keepsakes and knowing how to care for them will ensure that they will also be keepsakes for generations to come. Participants are invited to bring an object for an informal ‘how to’, as time allows. A list of archival suppliers and other resources will be available.
