Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation: 3-week program

Spiritual and mental health and wellness are important aspects of modern holistic living. In addition, being present in your life improves both your physical and emotional selfs. Join us for a 3-week "Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation" which will highlight the conceptual and experiential elements of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. All are welcome!
This course will be taught by Peter Shalit, a Morristown resident and instructor at the renowned Krame Center for Contemplative Studies and Mindful Living at Ramapo College. He is also experienced in the practices of Yoga, Reiki and Qi Gong.
Classes take place on April 25, May 2, and May 9.
