Screening of the Documentary The Tapping Solution: The Revolution Starts Within
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), or ‘tapping’ as it is more commonly referred to, is a combination of ancient Chinese acupressure blended with cutting-edge Western psychology. The film combines the wisdom and experience of world-famous teachers, speakers, motivators and educators with real-life cases. The screening will be followed by an experiential session facilitated by Pamela Lacy, LCSW.
Pamela will explain how this stress-relief modality can help you to understand and eliminate negative thought patterns and feelings. In a group setting, She will also demonstrate how to tap on yourself and provide an opportunity for you to personally experience the effects of tapping. Pamela will explain in greater depth the way tapping works in the body, and the myriad of ways it can be utilized. Tapping has been successfully tested and used to treat pain, food cravings, PTSD, insomnia, heartbreak, fear, anxiety, anger, and phobias---to name a few. Tapping is an excellent supplement to traditional therapy or medical treatment and is easily learned for home practice.
