Recently the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements have drawn nationwide attention to sexual abuse and assault. The One Love Foundation was started after University of Virginia student Yeardley Love was murdered by her ex-boyfriend in 2010. The foundation is committed to honoring Yeardley's memory and to educating young people about healthy relationship behaviors so that others avoid suffering the same fate. The foundation believes that educating young people will empower them to affect change in their schools and communities. Join us in the lower level Meeting Room for a screening and discussion of the One Love Foundation's film "Escalation" which portrays a college couple's relationship and its escalation into abuse. Recommended for adults and teens ages 14 and up

Morristown & Morris Twp. Library is starting a Chess Club in 2018! Join us for chess on the third Thursday of the month starting in January 2018 and running through June. The group will meet from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. upstairs in the F.M. Kirby Gallery. We will enjoy friendly, non-competitive, short games of chess between players of all skill levels. Improve your game, make new friends and enjoy playing chess! Players of all ages are welcome to play as long as they know the rules. Please bring your own chess board, pieces, and time clock. Games will be between 20-30 minutes as agreed upon between players.

Introduction to CAD with TinkerCad
You may have heard of 3D printing as an example of additive manufacturing used for creating 3-dimensional objects of your own design and creation. Come learn some of the basics on how you can create your own 3D models which can then be brought to life with a 3D printer. Using Tinkercad, a free browser based design software, we will cover basic concepts for creating these models including object manipulation, grouping, holing, model measurement, model export, and more. We will also have a 3D printer on hand, so you can see the process of how a model goes from something to digital to something physical that you can hold in your hand!

Those registering for this class should have a significant comfort level with using a computer mouse, keyboard and the Internet.
