Your Smartphone Just Got Smarter

You can now use your smartphone to store your library card number and turn your phone into a virtual library card. All you need to do is download CardStar, a free app, add your card number, choose Morristown & Morris Township Library from the drop down menu and then use your phone the next time you’re checking out library materials. You will never have to worry about forgetting your library card again. Just don’t forget your phone!
Affordable Care Act Help

To assist patrons in understanding and participating in the services of the Affordable Care Act the library recommends a comprehensive list of resources put together by The National Network of Libraries of Medicine which can be found here. One very good site on their list is HealthCare.gov which has info on many topics including marketplace info by state. It is available in English and Spanish. And for NJ specific information click here.We have also scheduled a series of info sessions with counselors who can assist in choosing a plan and signing up. Bestselling author Goodwin continues her presidential coverage in her latest history book, this time constructing a narrative around the friendship of two very different Presidents, Roosevelt and William Howard Taft. The complex relationship and soured political camaraderie between Roosevelt and Taft is beautifully played out over the course of the book in quotes and letters.
