Cara Parmigiani’s work largely is composed of mixed-medium graphic art and photography. Her graphic arts are a distinctive combination of comic foregrounds on photographic backgrounds, while her mixed medium artwork transforms the ordinary into surreal. She has exhibited graphic arts throughout New Jersey, and has published two graphic novels, Death Defying, and Egyptologist at Law: the Search for the Modern Mummy. She also creates short films. You can find more of her creations online at Near Enemy Creative.
