Join us for chess on the third Thursday of the month starting in January 2018 and running through June. The group will meet from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. upstairs in the F.M. Kirby Gallery. We will enjoy friendly, non-competitive, short games of chess between players of all skill levels. Improve your game, make new friends and enjoy playing chess! Players of all ages are welcome to play as long as they know the rules. Please bring your own chess board, pieces, and time clock. Games will be between 20-30 minutes as agreed upon between players.

U.S. Citizenship Exam Classes

U.S. Citizenship Exam Classes
Free classes for the the U.S. Citizenship Exam will be taught by JVS (Jewish Vocational Services) at the Library this summer from July 10-September 13 at 6:30 pm in the Technology Lab. Prepare for the Citizenship exam by learning about the N400 form, American Civics and American History. Space is limited and you must register. A Green Card is necessary to register.
